About

Every figure on this site traces to a source.

Zan Digital publishes analysis of AI, B2B software and the money underneath — capital expenditure, valuations, pricing, and what deployments actually return. 15 pieces so far, every one held to the same standard.

The standard

One rule sits above everything else: no invented statistics, results, percentages, dates, company names or quotes. Ever. When a figure is needed and unavailable, the piece says so and writes around the hole rather than filling it with something plausible.

Load-bearing claims cite primary material — filings, earnings releases, official statistics, peer-reviewed work — in preference to reporting on that material, and in strong preference to vendor content or unattributed survey roundups. Where a weaker source is the only source, the references section says which one it is.

Hover any dotted-underlined figure in a post to see exactly where it comes from: the source, the sample, and the date. The full source list sits at the end of every piece.
